We are looking for you at the Helios Vogtland Clinic in Plauen as Head of the Palliative Care Unit (m/f/d)

• You lead, guide, advise and support your employees
• You will work in harmony with patients, employees and the nursing management on the further development and improvement of your wards
• Planning, design and implementation of care in constant compliance with clinic-specific aspects and nursing standards
• You create the duty rosters for your employees and are responsible for their time
• They are the interface to the medical service and other professional groups

• Successfully completed training in health care and nursing
• You have experience in the inpatient sector, ideally in the field of palliative medicine
• Completed further training to manage a ward or you are willing to complete it in the future
• You are characterized by a goal-oriented, cooperative leadership style and social skills
• You are able to communicate and cooperate in collegial interaction
