We are looking for you at the Helios Vogtland-Klinikum in Plauen with immediate effect as Ward Manager Palliative Care Unit (m/f/d)

• You will lead, guide, advise and support your employees
• You work in harmony with patients, employees and the nursing management on the further development and improvement of your wards
• Planning, designing and implementing care while constantly complying with hospital-specific aspects and care standards
• You create the duty rosters for your employees and are responsible for their working hours
• You are the interface to the medical service and other professional groups

• Successfully completed training in healthcare and nursing
• You have experience in inpatient care, ideally in the field of palliative care
• Completed further training to manage a ward or you are willing to complete this in the future
• You are characterized by a goal-oriented, cooperative management style and social skills
• You are able to communicate and cooperate with colleagues
