Nursing educator (m/f/d) or medical educator (m/f/d)

full-time at the training center / vocational school for nursing in Nienburg/Weser

• Planning, implementation and follow-up of lessons in nursing training in accordance with the school's internal curriculum.
• Supporting the practical assignments of our trainees. (practical supervision)
• Assumption of course management tasks.
• Organizational and administrative tasks.
• Active collaboration and shaping of the implementation of future-oriented generalist training in the nursing professions.
• Actively participate in and shape school development and continuous curriculum reflection.
• Contribute to improving the quality of nursing care in the region.
• You will play a decisive role in training future nursing professionals and supporting them on their path to becoming a professional

You have a degree in nursing education or a comparable qualification, at least a Bachelor's degree with a willingness to do a Master's degree

Alternatively, you have a qualification as a teacher for nursing professions
with grandfathering

You have completed vocational training in a nursing profession

You enjoy teaching and have good contact with people

You have the ability to work independently and in a structured manner

You are characterized by a high level of professional, methodological and social competence

Important skills for this position are communication, flexibility, empathy, commitment and planning
