Assistant doctor (m/f/d) in geriatrics and palliative medicine

• Collaboration in the care and support of patients in palliative medicine and geriatrics - on the palliative care ward, in the palliative care service and on the geriatric wards
• Supporting interdisciplinary collaboration with specialist nursing, psycho-oncology, pastoral care, social work, occupational therapy, nutritional therapy, speech therapy, creative therapy and physiotherapy
• Taking on independent activities as part of your further training and under the guidance of experienced colleagues
• Participation in the development and implementation of individual treatment plans for patients in sensitive care situations
• Participation in interdisciplinary case discussions, supervision and further training for continuous professional development
• Supporting quality assurance and documentation in the treatment process

• You are a junior doctor with a desire for further training in internal medicine and have a strong interest in the fields of palliative medicine and geriatrics
• Commitment to patient-oriented care and interdisciplinary cooperation combined with empathy and strong communication skills
• Willingness for continuous training and personal development
• Contribution of own ideas and active participation in innovative change processes
• Flexibility: participation in on-call duties and weekend work is a matter of course for you
• Proof of complete measles immunization according to STIKO
