At the earliest possible date we are looking for you for the Helios Klinikum Warburg as

Medical assistant (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

• Organization of administrative processes and appointment scheduling on the cardiology ward
• Admission, transfer and discharge of patients including support in discharge management
• Carrying out blood samples and assisting with the preparation and follow-up of medical rounds
• Contact person for patients, relatives and internal teams; telephone and written correspondence
• Maintaining and managing patient records in the hospital information system
• Ordering, archiving and digitization of files

• Training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or comparable medical training
• You have a high level of professional and social competence
• You are motivated and enthusiastic
• You have a keen interest in professional training and further education
• You enjoy working cooperatively with all professional groups
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
