For the area of human resources management at our location in Aue-Bad Schlema, we are looking for a full-time personnel officer (m/f/d) as soon as possible. The position is to be filled permanently.

• Support of managers and employees in all HR management issues
• Recruiting – conducting interviews as well as preparing hires or transfers and working with recruitment agencies
• Preparation of employment contracts and certificates as well as master data maintenance in the personnel and time management system and deadline monitoring
• Constructive cooperation with the works council
• Participation in in-house projects

• Successfully completed (commercial) training or economics degree
• Professional experience in human resource support, preferably in a hospital, desirable
• Knowledge of labour, social and collective bargaining law as well as very good IT skills, especially MS Office as well as personnel and time management system
• High level of responsibility, commitment and loyalty
• Strong service orientation, initiative and very good communication skills
• Legally required proof of measles immunization
