As soon as possible, we are looking for you as Chief Physician Secretary/ Coordinator for the Cancer Center (m/f/d) part-time at the Dachau location

• Processing of internal and external inquiries to the Cancer Center as well as preparation and follow-up of the tumor conference
• Support of the QM department in the preparation and implementation of external audits of the Cancer Center and the Organ Cancer Centers
• Registration of examination and surgery appointments as well as coordination and telephone support of patients, relatives, external doctors, self-help groups and offices
• Written, telephone and electronic secretarial correspondence as well as travel and event organization
• Appointment scheduling and support for outpatient consultations
• Working Time Officer of the Supportive Colleagues of the Cancer Center
• Registration and point recording of further training events at the BLÄK
• Supervision of students and organization of student classes at the Helios-Amper-Klinikum Dachau

• Successfully completed training as an MFA, nurse or relevant experience in the healthcare sector
• Confident handling of modern IT (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
• Good knowledge of medical terminology and good spelling skills
• Experience in the fields of oncology, tumor documentation, epidemiology is an advantage
• Friendly, approachable interaction with patients, relatives and colleagues, even when things get turbulent
• Communication skills, ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization Measles
