• Diagnostics and therapy of outpatients and inpatients
• Team-oriented staff management and planning of the ZNA's use of resources with all specialist disciplines
• Strategic development of the entire emergency room process and department structures
• Close cooperation with ushers and the rescue service
• Training of Continuing Education Assistants
• Regular further training of departmental nursing

• Dedicated specialist (m/f/d) for orthopaedics and trauma surgery
• the additional designation KLINAM is desirable or is to be acquired
• the additional designation in emergency medicine is desirable or should be acquired
• Willingness to work together in a multidisciplinary manner and the ability to lead in a team-building manner
• They have a high level of service orientation and work patient-oriented, they always keep an overview even in critical situations
• You bring persuasiveness, commitment and assertiveness to the table in the implementation of innovative measures and process optimizations
• You have a special interest in acute and emergency medicine and are enthusiastic about NFA
