We are looking for you to strengthen our team at the Medical Care Center in Warburg as soon as possible as

MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

part-time (approx. 20 h / week)

• You will be the contact person at the registration desk and support the coordination of the practice process, including appointments and telephone service
• They accompany the doctor's consultations
• The recording of services and change of patient status is part of your area of responsibility
• You will also support statutory health insurance and private billing (quarterly billing)
• You will work closely together in a team of medical assistants (m/f/d) and specialists (m/f/d)
• In some cases, you will also take on the tasks of a practice manager (including practice organisation, close cooperation with the commercial management and the administrative departments)

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• You will maintain an empathetic and empathetic approach to our patients
• Ideally, you have knowledge of practice software programs or are open to acquiring them
• You are characterized by enthusiasm for new things, team spirit and a cooperative attitude
• Service orientation, friendliness and professionalism are important components of your daily work
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
