We are looking for you to join our team in the medical care center in Warburg as soon as possible as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

part-time (approx. 20 h / week)

• You are the contact person at the registration desk and support the coordination of the practice process including appointment allocation and telephone service
• You accompany the doctor's consultations
• Service recording and patient status changes are part of your area of responsibility
• You will also support the billing of health insurance and private patients (quarterly statements)
• You will work closely together in a team of medical assistants (m/f/d) and medical specialists (m/f/d)
• You will also take on some of the tasks of a practice manager (e.g. practice organization, close cooperation with the commercial management and administrative areas)

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• You have a sensitive and empathetic approach to our patients
• Ideally, you have knowledge of practice software programs or are open to acquiring this knowledge
• You are characterized by enthusiasm for new things, team spirit and a cooperative attitude
• Service orientation, friendliness and professionalism are important components of your daily work
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
