To strengthen our team at the Emil von Behring site in Berlin Zehlendorf , we are looking for you as Nursing Manager for Geriatrics (m/f/d)

• Technical and organizational management of the geriatric care team
• Responsibility for duty scheduling as well as absenteeism and substitution management
• Promotion of employee loyalty and targeted personnel development
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and quality standards
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with the medical and therapeutic team

• Completed training as a nurse or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the nursing sector
• Ideally, additional qualification in leadership or management courses (e.g. leadership course)
• Openness to change and willingness to actively shape new processes
• High empathy, constructive communication and ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
