Head of school (m/f/d) for anesthesia technical assistance (ATA)

We are looking for a Head of School (m/f/d) for Anesthesia Technical Assistance (ATA) for our training center in Berlin with immediate effect.

• School management (m/f/d): Organizational, administrative and pedagogical in the ATA area
• Design curriculum: Develop & implement modern ATA curriculum
• Establish ATA training: Development & optimization at the education center
• Leading lessons: Didactically plan, implement and evaluate theory & practice
• Coordinate teaching organization: Managing curricula, assignments and examinations
• Supporting trainees: Promoting and supervising practice

• Academic qualification: At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area, ideally Health or Education, as well as professional training and experience in the ATA field or ideally already completed training as an anesthesia technical assistant (ATA) (m/f/d) parallel to your studies
• Curricular experience: Collaboration in the development or implementation of state-recognized ATA curricula
• Teaching: Initial experience in teaching or school management would be an advantage
• Soft skills: Organizational skills, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team
• Personal profile: Great sense of responsibility, pedagogical commitment & social skills
• Proof: Legally required measles immunization
