We are looking for a Head of School (m/f/d) for Anesthesia Technical Assistant (ATA) for our training center in Berlin .

• School management (m/f/d): Organisational, administrative and pedagogical in the ATA area
• Designing a Curriculum: Developing & Implementing a Modern ATA Curriculum
• Establishing ATA Training: Development & Optimization at the Training Center
• Leading lessons: didactically planning, implementing and evaluating theory and practice
• Coordinate teaching organization: control curricula, assignment and examinations
• Supporting trainees: promoting and supervising practice

• Academic qualification: At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, ideally health or education, as well as professional training and experience in the ATA field or ideally already completed training as an anesthesia technician assistant (ATA) (m/f/d) parallel to your studies
• Curricular experience: Collaboration in the development and implementation of state-approved ATA curricula
• Apprenticeship: Initial experience in the classroom or school management is an advantage
• Soft skills: Organizational skills, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team
• Personal profile: Great sense of responsibility, pedagogical commitment & social competence
• Proof: Legally required measles immunization
