At Helios Klinikum Duisburg - Helios St. Johannes Klinik site - we are offering you a full-time position as Chief Physician of Oncology and Hematology (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

• As Chief Physician (m/(f/d) you will be responsible for the overall medical, organizational, economic and strategic development of your department with around 50 beds, as well as the further training of your medical staff
• The professional and organizational representation of the specialty as Chief Physician (m/f/d) in everyday practice
• The entire spectrum of patient care, including acute care
• Further development of processes and standards and optimization of organizational procedures

• We are looking for a personality with a visible clinical profile in oncology and hematology
• Completed specialist training in internal medicine with an additional qualification in haematology and oncology
• You have excellent clinical-practical experience as well as strong social skills and empathy in dealing with all professional groups and patients
• Ideally, you can demonstrate a high level of organizational skills with several years of management experience and personnel responsibility
• You have many years of professional experience in the field of hematology and oncology and have extensive clinical and experimental expertise in your field
