At the Helios Klinikum Duisburg - Helios St. Johannes Klinik location - we offer you a full-time position as Chief Physician of Oncology and Hematology (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• As Chief Physician (m/(f/d), you will be responsible for the entire medical, organizational, economic and strategic development of your department with around 50 beds, as well as the further training of your medical staff
• The professional and organisational representation of the specialist area as chief physician (m/f/d) in everyday practice
• The entire spectrum of patient care, including acute care
• The further development of processes and standards as well as the optimization of organizational procedures

• We are looking for a personality with a visible clinical profile in oncology and hematology
• A completed specialist training in internal medicine with the additional qualification in haematology and oncology
• You have excellent clinical-practical experience as well as strong social skills and empathy in dealing with all professional groups and patients
• Ideally, you can demonstrate a high degree of organizational skills with several years of management function and personnel responsibility
• You have many years of professional experience in the field of haematology and oncology and have extensive clinical and experimental expertise in your field
