At our Helios Clinic in Pirna we are looking for you as Chief Physician Internal Medicine / Gastroenterology (m/f/d) with immediate effect

A willingness to travel is required: Interdisciplinary exchange in the Dresden Cluster with the Pirna and Freital locations. Supra-regional exchange in the specialist group of the HELIOS network.

• Care of our patients in close cooperation with the other departments and colleagues in private practice and management of patient care and process organization
• Strategic and conceptual development of your department under structural, organizational and strategic aspects in cooperation with the clinic management
• Responsibility for the further training of physicians in further training (m/f/d) as well as for the further training of specialists and senior physicians (m/f/d)
• As Chief Physician (m/f/d), you are responsible for the entire medical, organizational and economic development of the service areas of your department
• In addition to the excellent medical care of our patients, the establishment and further development of networks with private practitioners and with other clinics rounds off your responsible work
• At your side is a qualified team of doctors and nursing staff

• As Chief Physician (m/f/d), you will lead the department professionally and organizationally, continuously develop it and take on on-call services. You inspire, motivate and strengthen your team through a modern, goal-oriented leadership style
• You will maintain a close professional exchange with other departments and, together with the clinic management, contribute to the strategic development of the clinic, including process optimization and interdisciplinary cooperation
• You are a specialist (m/f/d) in internal medicine and gastroenterology, have in-depth knowledge and have mastered the common endoscopic techniques
• You will be responsible for general internal medicine as well as the areas of neurology, stroke unit, palliative medicine and gastroenterology
• They bring a high level of social competence, respectful interaction with colleagues, employees, patients and relatives, entrepreneurial thinking and action, as well as the legally required measles protection certificate
• You enjoy working with other professional groups and disciplines, and you contribute to the further development and optimisation of processes
