Medical assistant (m/f/d) for the outpatient center

• Friendly and professional reception and care of our patients in the outpatient clinic area
• Organisation and coordination of consultation hours as well as appointment scheduling and management
• Assistance with medical examinations and outpatient procedures, especially in the paediatric sector: consultation assistance and performance of pneumological and gastroenterological examinations
• Independent execution of blood samples, ECGs and other diagnostic measures
• Responsibility for documentation, preparation of patient records and administrative procedures
• Close cooperation with doctors, nurses and other professional groups in an interdisciplinary team

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), nurse, nursing assistant, geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or emergency paramedic (m/f/d)
• Ideally, experience in the clinic or outpatient clinic sector – career changers are welcome if they are suitable
• Friendly appearance, team spirit and a high degree of empathy in patient contact
• Organizational talent, confident handling of load peaks and a confident handling of digital documentation systems
• Reliability, discretion and enjoyment of working in a lively everyday hospital routine
• Proof of complete measles immunity in accordance with legal requirements
