For our Black Forest-Lake Constance cluster, which was merged from four locations last year, we are looking for you as Nursing Director (m/f/d) as of July 1st.

The cluster includes: Helios Clinic Titisee-Neustadt, Helios Clinic Müllheim, Helios Hospital Überlingen and Helios Clinic Rottweil. With over 1,200 employees from nursing, functional services and medical-technical services.

• As a member of the cluster board and all clinic managements, you will have overall responsibility for planning, organising and ensuring a highly qualified, patient-oriented nursing process throughout the cluster
• Management and further development of the areas of nursing, functional service and MTD with around 1,200 employees
• Leading an experienced leadership team with 5 direct reports
• Harmonization, optimization and further development of processes, structures and quality standards across four locations
• Ensuring systematic, efficient personnel requirements and deployment planning
• Responsibility for personnel recruitment, training, further education and training as well as quality management
• Active participation in the strategic and economic development of the cluster
• Close cooperation with all professional groups as well as membership in the four clinic managements
• Registered office at one of the four locations; Regular presence throughout the cluster
• The region is scenically located in the immediate vicinity of France and Switzerland

• Training as a nurse
• Degree in management (e.g. nursing, health or hospital management) desirable
• Several years of practical hospital experience as well as sound leadership experience in nursing
• Very good business knowledge as well as experience in project and quality management
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Organizational skills, strategic thinking and enjoyment of complex leadership tasks
• Motivation to actively shape and develop a young, dynamic cluster
• Readiness to drive to the hospital locations in the cluster
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
