Employee Digitization in Hospitals - Nursing Directorate (m/f/d)

As soon as possible, we are looking for a full-time or part-time employee for the Velbert location for Digitalization in the Hospital - Nursing Directorate (m/f/d).

• Development and implementation of digitization strategies to optimize business processes and work processes
• Analysis of existing processes and identification of potential for improvement through digital technologies
• Project management and coordination of digitization projects as well as contact person for the digitization project in Niederberg
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement digital solutions
• Knowledge transfer and employee training (nursing service, medical service, PTA, Medco, therapists)
• Preparation of training documents and training plans for all professional groups involved
• Train and support the new employees/students in the introduction of new digital tools and processes, including live training in different departments as well as taking over nursing activities during the live trainings
• Productive support and follow-up care on the wards/departments PD/ÄD
• Ensuring data integrity and security in all digitization projects
• Observation of current trends and technologies in the field of digitization and their evaluation for use in the company
• Creation of a failure concept
• Management of process issues in-house
• Creation of communication structures and coordination of communication
• User-to-user communication – IT/product management
• Regular, active participation in leadership meetings as a presenter

• Several years of professional experience in the field of digitalization, process optimization, IT project management are desirable
• Completed vocational training as a nurse (m/f/d)
• In-depth knowledge of the application and implementation of digital technologies
• Analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High degree of initiative and willingness to innovate
• Knowledge of data protection and IT security is an advantage
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
