At the Helios Vogtland-Klinikum in Plauen, we are looking for you as a part-time Social Pedagogue Psychiatry (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date

• Ensure care: Social psychiatric care for inpatients

• Coordinate aftercare: Organize suitable further care according to individual needs
• Advise & support: Supporting patients and relatives with social and socio-legal issues as well as psychosocial conflicts, crises, aftercare and rehabilitation
• Actively use networks: Promote cooperation with clinical professions, authorities, agencies, providers and institutions in the health and social care sector
• Document processes: Carefully record all socio-medical/legal processes
• Live teamwork: Support interdisciplinary case discussions and accompany group offers

• Qualifications: Completed studies in social work or social pedagogy - ideally supplemented by professional experience in a psychiatric environment
• Personal responsibility & organizational talent: Proactive planning of care pathways, promotion of patient compliance and implementation of tailor-made support plans
• Negotiation skills & flexibility: Confident manner in official contexts, high adaptability in day-to-day work, ability to work in a team in a multi-professional setting and empathy for personal biographies
• Specialist knowledge & IT skills: Sound knowledge of social law and confident use of standard IT - ideally practical experience in hospital social services
• Loyalty: Reliability and loyalty towards the employer and the management level
