Commercial Manager Outpatient Area (m/f/d)

For our Berlin/Brandenburg cluster we are looking for you as Commercial Manager Outpatient Area (m/f/d) with immediate effect

• Overall operational responsibility for 58 KV headquarters in Brandenburg/Berlin, including ensuring legally compliant, efficient care
• Human Resources Management & Leadership: Recruitment, Employee Development, Contract Negotiations, and Succession Planning
• Controlling & Reporting: Analysis of relevant key figures for strategic management and regular reporting
• Contracts & KV law including application processes
• Project, process and quality management to optimize workflows and supply concepts
• Interface and transformation management between clinics, medical technology, IT, law, human resources and digitization

• A commercial qualification is desired; A degree (e.g. business administration, health management or similar) is desirable, but not mandatory
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in outpatient healthcare
• Leadership skills, organizational skills and a strong communicative personality
• Analytical thinking, assertiveness and a good understanding of processes
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• The prerequisite for discontinuation is legally required proof of immunization against measles
