For the Helios Clinic Pirna, we are looking for a committed personality for the area of Nursing Controlling (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Ensuring and continuously developing quality management in the field of fall and pressure ulcer prevention
• Technical responsibility for the further development, review and operational implementation of the legal requirements according to PPUGV and PPBV/PPR
• Preparation, analysis and timely submission of quarterly and annual reports, including theses, in relevant quality portals
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with those responsible for the electronic patient record (ePA) to optimize care-relevant documentation and evaluation processes
• Conception and implementation of training courses as well as professional advice for employees in the field of nursing controlling and quality assurance

• Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d) (e.g. health and nursing, geriatric care or nursing specialist)
• Sound nursing background knowledge as well as a strong understanding of nursing processes and quality requirements
• Confident handling of common IT systems as well as routine use of MS Office programs and maintenance-specific software
• High level of initiative and willingness to work independently, responsibly
• Legally required proof of measles immunization
