Ward Assistant Trauma Surgery/ Orthopaedics/ Ophthalmology (m/f/d)

As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a ward assistant (m/f/d) for our ward B7 (trauma surgery/ orthopaedics/ ophthalmology) with a focus on ophthalmology in full-time or part-time for our Helios Clinic at the Aue location.

• Patient admission and coordination of patient access
• Preparation and organization of patient discharge
• Support in the medical care of patients, in particular hourly administration of eye drops
• Assumption of delegatable medical activities (e.g. blood sampling)
• Coordination of in-hospital patient transports
• Check-in and check-out patient service
• Documentation of vital signs and other relevant patient data
• Administrative tasks related to admission and discharge
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working

• Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d)
• Experience in patient admission, discharge and medication care, ideally in the field of ophthalmology
• Sense of responsibility, reliability and commitment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Independent and structured way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
