Estimator (m/f/d) in Facility Management - Technical Building Management (TGM)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Estimator (m/f/d) for Technical Facility Management, preferably in Erfurt, alternatively in Berlin, Wiesbaden, Kassel, Leipzig, Hamburg or Munich, on a full-time and permanent basis.

Your tasks:

• Calculation & quotations: Preparation of quotations and post-calculations for technical FM services.
• Tenders & operator concepts: Processing nationwide tenders and developing customized operator concepts.
• Coordination & project integration: Close cooperation with management, purchasing and specialist departments as well as participation in property inspections.
• Purchasing support: Obtaining and evaluating supplier and subcontractor offers and optimizing existing contracts.
• Process & tool development: Further development of calculation tools and collaboration on optimization projects.
• Data management & presentations: Maintenance of internal costing and customer databases as well as preparation and execution of presentations and contract award negotiations.

What you bring with you:

• You have a degree in facility management, supply engineering or a comparable qualification with a technical specialization or training in a trade relevant to facility management
• Several years of experience in the calculation of facility management services, ideally in technical FM
• Analytical thinking, strong numerical skills and a structured way of working
• Knowledge of maintenance, TGA systems (DIN, VDMA, VDE, VdS) or CAFM systems is a plus.
• Driving license class B
