MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for Gynaecological Consultation Hours

To strengthen our team at the Vorsfelde Medical Care Centre in Wolfsburg, we are looking for you as an MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for the Department of Gynaecology as soon as possible and on a part-time basis

• You will be responsible for welcoming and caring for patients as well as managing appointments at the registration desk
• You will ensure that the practice runs smoothly and contribute to the organisation and optimisation of internal processes
• They support us in the preparation of examinations and treatments and accompany the consultation hours
• Electronic data management as well as the maintenance and management of patient files will also be part of your area of responsibility
• You will work closely together in a team of medical assistants (m/f/d) and specialists and work together to ensure the best possible patient care
• In addition, you will support the recording and billing of services provided (EBM / GOÄ)

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have already gained (initial) experience in the outpatient sector
• You have a high sense of responsibility and convince with your social skills and your empathetic approach to patients
• You have good PC skills and experience in dealing with IT-supported processes or are willing to quickly acquire missing knowledge
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
