Deputy Head of Geriatrics Ward (m/f/d)

For our ward HA3 (geriatrics, 31 beds) at the Krefeld-Hüls site, we are looking for a deputy ward manager (m/f/d) full-time or part-time (min. 30.8 hours/week) as of 01.01.2026.

• Management and organisation of the nursing service in the management team and in the absence of the ward manager
• Expert basic and treatment care
• Ensuring the best possible nursing care
• Patient observation, documentation, information
• Communication with patients and relatives
• Support with medical measures
• Admission and discharge preparations

• Completed training as a nurse / nurse (m/f/d)
• Very good interdisciplinary medical and nursing knowledge
• Completed middle management training or willingness to complete it
• Diligence and a sense of responsibility in dealing with patients and colleagues
• Independent, team-oriented work
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
