To strengthen our team at the Helios Hanseklinikum in Stralsund, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

Medical assistant / MFA (m/f/d).

• Administrative support of consultation hours as well as telephone services and appointment arrangements (orders, eGK reading, etc.) as well as preparation of documents e.g. creation of patient files and consultation hour protocols
• Processing and resolving special concerns of all our customers, corresponding with complainants by letter, email and telephone and coordinating research into specific complaints together with the responsible departments
• Initiating the necessary measures and monitoring to resolve or clarify the complaint issues
• Supporting and implementing the measures developed for central referral management to sustainably optimize patient management
• Supporting the standardization of the contact process for referring physicians, including regular follow-up with the responsible departments such as the secretariats and chief physicians
• Coordinating and supporting the organization of regular information events, personal discussions and further training for referring physicians

• Completed medical training (e.g. medical assistant) or a comparable qualification in the healthcare sector
• Professional experience in receiving and processing patient requests and inquiries, primarily in patient service/elective service management
• Strong communication and coordination skills as well as a confident manner and a high degree of customer and service orientation
• Enjoy working with interfaces within the clinic as well as with private practices and willingness to travel for external appointments with referring physicians
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of initiative as well as a success-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
