As soon as possible, we are looking for you as Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d) on Ward 13 in the Clinic for Gerontopsychiatry and Psychotherapy.

• You will support the ward management in organizing the ward process
• Consistently participate in the further development of reference care, with the aim of the greatest possible independent patient care by the employees
• Are part of the future-oriented further development of the ward's nursing concept
• They are also actively involved in the further development of the ward's treatment concept
• Are willing to participate in alternating shift work

• You have completed training as a nurse or nurse
• You have completed further training as a ward manager or nursing ward manager or comparable further training or are willing to complete it part-time
• You have several years of relevant professional experience and have the ability to motivate employees and inspire them to embrace change
• You have leadership skills, the ability to act economically, organizational skills, flexibility, strong cooperation and communication skills as well as assertiveness, resilience and initiative
• You are responsible and empathetic in dealing with our patients and employees
• You love interdisciplinary cooperation and see yourself as part of a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
