Team Leader Accounts Payable & Process Optimization (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Team Leader Accounts Payable & Process Optimization (m/f/d) for our location in Berlin.

• Technical and disciplinary management of a team in accounts payable, including further development of employees and processes
• Analysis, design and continuous optimization of end-to-end processes taking into account modern system landscapes (e.g. SAP, Serrala, OCR)
• Control and expansion of automation in invoice processing to increase efficiency and quality
• Definition, monitoring and further development of relevant KPIs for performance and process control
• Close cooperation with central accounting, finance departments, IT and external stakeholders on projects, audits and system adjustments
• Responsibility for support processes, system configurations and technical developments in the SAP environment

• Sound experience in accounts payable, ideally with a focus on automated invoice processing
• Several years of management experience with a strong team and result orientation
• High affinity for IT as well as interest in digital solutions and process automation
• Practical experience in process design, analysis and optimization
• Very good SAP knowledge and ideally experience with VBA/macro development
• Strong service orientation, analytical and structured way of working as well as very good German and good English skills
