For our Helios Abrechnungs-Service GmbH, we are looking for a team leader for private liquidation (m/f/d) nationwide as well as at our locations in Dortmund and Berlin as soon as possible.

• Technical management and responsibility for the entire outpatient and inpatient GOÄ billing for all Helios clinics in Germany
• Ensuring a structured, transparent day-to-day business
• Expansion and development of standardized processes and reporting as part of the realignment of the entire private liquidation division for Helios Germany
• Driver of digitalization, private liquidation, and team development and management
• Ensuring efficient and accurate billing in accordance with GOÄ guidelines as well as preparing and supporting internal and external audits and audits
• Development and implementation of concrete measures to increase efficiency and productivity along the entire billing process, e.g. by standardizing workflows, optimizing interfaces
• Process-driven coordination and resource control
• Stakeholder management with division manager(s), clinic management and employees

• Ideally, studies in the commercial/medical/health economic field or vocational training in the commercial/medical field as well as several years of professional experience in GOÄ accounting
• Demonstrable experience in leading or coordinating teams, preferably in the area of patient billing, medical administration or practice management
• Innovation and data-driven mindset as well as enthusiasm and commitment
• Strong ability to abstract and knowledge of the fee schedule for physicians (GOÄ)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep track of things and work in a structured manner even in challenging situations
• Ability to work in a team, open-mindedness and a cooperative way of working
• Very good written and spoken German skills as well as an open and confident appearance
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
