MFA - Organization of occupational health care (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a medical assistant (m/f/d) for the organization of occupational health care in part-time or full-time (at least 30 h/week) at the Burg location as soon as possible.

• You will organize the scheduling of occupational health check-ups (AMV)

• You are responsible for maintaining the medical check-up file and the AMV documentation
• You actively shape our communication around the topic of AMV (flyers, invitations, etc.)
• You will work closely with Helios Occupational Medicine and external partners.
• You establish a software-supported prevention file and a reporting tool

You have successfully completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), health and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification - with proven professional experience in a hospital or clinical environment.

You have a strong organizational talent and enjoy actively shaping clear and structured processes.

You work independently, conscientiously and maintain an overview even in stressful situations.

You have experience of working with different professional groups in the healthcare sector and always find the right tone when dealing with others.

Confident use of MS Office - especially Excel and Word - is a matter of course for you. Ideally, you are also familiar with P&I's LOGA software.

You have the legally required proof of measles immunization.
