• Co-design and planning of processes in nursing
• Documentation, analysis and optimization of new and existing processes
• Error analysis and troubleshooting
• Continuous employee appraisals/feedback meetings
• Responsible for the organization, supervision and coordination of the elective ward
• Quality Management and Quality Assurance
• Improve efficiency and functionality
• Employee communication and training
• Coordination of different departments

• Completed vocational training in the field of geriatric care, health care and nursing, ideally a degree in nursing management, health management, nursing sciences
• Experience in planning, coordinating, analysing and optimising processes
• Required industry know-how and expertise
• Methodological knowledge in the field of operational planning
• Economic knowledge of the industry
• Experience in the field of employee management
• Experienced handling of office applications

The Helios Clinic Munich Perlach is a modern house of basic and standard care with 150 beds and an academic teaching hospital of the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. With an emergency room and the specialist departments of acute geriatrics, general and visceral surgery, vascular surgery, hand surgery, internal medicine as well as orthopaedics and trauma surgery, it offers care at university level.
