Ward assistant (m/f/d)

We are looking for several ward assistants (m/f/d) for the Helios Klinikum Schwelm as soon as possible.

• Accompanying patients to examinations and therapies in bed, wheelchair or on foot

• Menu recording, preparation and distribution of meals, assistance with food intake and taking on housekeeping tasks
• Preparation of patient rooms, beds and aids after discharge or transfer
• Basic care in stable care situations and vital sign checks

• Completed training as a medical assistant or nursing assistant (or higher)

• Friendly and empathetic demeanor in dealing with patients and relatives
• Ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations
• Team spirit, organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Good German language skills for communicating with patients and within the team

• Flexible working hours (full-time or part-time, depending on your wishes)
