To strengthen our practice team in the medical care center in Velbert, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

• You will be responsible for organizing the practice procedures and consultation hours
• You will coordinate appointments and treatment procedures for our patients and be the first point of contact for any queries
• After extensive training, you will assist with examinations, treatments and procedures
• Administrative tasks such as file management are also part of your duties
• You will also provide support in the billing process

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally, you have (initial) experience in outpatient practice organization
• You are characterized by reliability and a sense of responsibility
• Flexibility and the ability to work in a team are also among your strengths
• You have a high level of empathy towards our patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
