Chief Physician for Pneumology (m/f/d)

• As Head Physician, you will assume overall responsibility for the newly established pneumology department and play a key role in shaping its professional, organizational and strategic direction. Your tasks will include in particular
• Establishment and development of the new Department of Pneumology,
• Further development of a range of pneumology services within the overall internal medicine network
• Specialist management in the inpatient and outpatient areas
• Diagnostics & therapy of the pneumological spectrum, including: COPD, asthma, interstitial lung diseases, pneumonia, infectious diseases, respiratory and lung tumors, pleural diseases
• Establishment and further development of bronchoscopic diagnostics and interventional procedures
• Close collaboration with cardiology and gastroenterology (existing departments), radiology, intensive care and other partners
• Further scientific development as well as quality and structural development, internal and external representation of the clinic

• You are a cooperative, integrative and motivating leader with a high level of professional competence. You will also have:
• Specialist (m/f/d) in internal medicine with a focus on pneumology,
• Several years of senior medical or chief medical management experience
• Innovative spirit and strategic thinking, organizational strength, flexibility and economic understanding, strong social and communication skills
• Willingness to work closely across disciplines and sectors
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
