Head Occupational Therapist (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time (min. 30/week)

• Professional management and responsibility of the occupational therapist team
• Planning and management of staff deployment in occupational therapy
• Diagnosis, treatment planning, therapy of patients in the clinic setting
• Participation in ward rounds, case discussions, team meetings
• Supervision of interns and trainees
• You actively contribute your ideas and suggestions for optimal therapy implementation
• You will work in an interdisciplinary manner with various specialist departments

You have completed vocational training as a state-recognized occupational therapist

You have experience in clinical work

Knowledge of the OPS classification and complex therapies is an advantage

You are interested in new developments in the field and are open to continuous personal development and further training

You have a high level of empathy towards our patients and enjoy your job and working in a team

Basic knowledge of IT

Willingness to work weekends / public holidays with a corresponding salary supplement
