To strengthen our practice team in the medical care center at the Dingelstedt location, we are looking for you on 01.10.2025 as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

for the specialist area of general medicine

full-time or part-time

You will be responsible for reception and patient care as well as appointment management at the registration desk

You will coordinate and manage all patient-related activities for a smooth daily practice routine

You will support us in the preparation of examinations, treatments and surgical procedures

You will be involved in functional diagnostics

Administrative tasks such as the documentation of treatment procedures and patient data also fall within your area of responsibility

In addition, you will support the recording and billing of services provided (EBM / GOÄ) and the assurance of quality and hygiene management

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training

Ideally, you have already gained experience in the outpatient sector

You have digital skills and experience in dealing with IT-supported processes and medical practice software

You have a sensitive and empathetic approach to our patients

You are characterized by a structured and goal-oriented way of working, as well as a quick grasp and the ability to work in a team

Commitment, friendliness and professionalism round off your profile

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
