Medical assistant (f/m/d) for the private clinic

• Independent implementation of the admission process including anamnesis, initial consultations and complete digital documentation
• Efficient scheduling as well as preparation and coordination of diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Structured organization of discharge management for a smooth transition to further treatment
• Assumption of administrative and secretarial tasks: contract management, appointment management, correspondence, file management and filing
• Active support of the nursing team, e.g. in basic/treatment care, mobilization and care of patients

• Completed training as a medical assistant or medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Very good communication skills, empathy and reliability
• Good PC skills (Microsoft Office, SAP)
• Independent, structured and conscientious work
• Commitment and a sense of responsibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
