For our interdisciplinary pain center at Helios Klinikum Hettstedt, we are looking for you as a specialist (m/f/d) with an interest in pain therapy - further training possible at the earliest possible date

• Medical care of patients suffering from chronic pain as part of a multimodal inpatient therapy program: You are responsible for the medical care and support of patients suffering from chronic pain during their inpatient therapy stay - always in a holistic and interdisciplinary setting.
• Systematic anamnesis and clinical examination of patients, monitoring the course of treatment with corresponding documentation: You will conduct structured initial consultations and clinical examinations, document the course of treatment and continuously evaluate all relevant findings.
• Interdisciplinary teamwork: Close cooperation with medical specialists, nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists and social workers - for a holistic therapy concept and the coordination of interprofessional visits.
• Therapy planning & evaluation: Independent creation, implementation and evaluation of treatment plans, including documentation, progress analysis and adjustment based on patient-centered progress reviews.

• Specialist qualification & license to practice medicine: Recognized specialist training in a specialist area of direct patient care - prerequisite for further training in "Special Pain Therapy" and a valid license to practice medicine.
• Professional interest: Enthusiasm for interventional procedures and holistic therapy approaches.
• Social skills: High level of empathy, outstanding communication skills and practiced interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Language skills: Very good knowledge of German (C1 level).
• Health protection: Proof of measles immunization in accordance with legal requirements (Measles Protection Act).

• Promotion of the additional qualification "Special Pain Therapy": Our clinic has full authorization for further training in special pain therapy - you will be given specific time and resources to complete this qualified additional training with us.
• Regulated working hours: You will benefit from predictable working hours - without night shifts, but with visiting duty at weekends instead.

The Center for Pain Therapy brings together specialists from various disciplines, including anaesthesia, orthopaedics/traumatology, psychiatry/psychotherapy, radiology, nursing, physiotherapy and occupational therapy. In addition to the treatment of patients with chronic pain conditions of the musculoskeletal system, pain syndromes as a result of tumors, nerve or other diseases are also among the clinic's specialties.
