We are looking to expand our palliative care unit at the Helios Clinic Pirna with a nurse (m/f/d).

• Interdisciplinary and holistic cooperation, with the patient's will guiding our therapy decisions
• Professional and socially competent guidance, care and support of seriously ill or dying patients and their relatives
• Implementing care and therapy measures that meet the needs of our patients
• Working closely with a network of doctors, relaxation therapists, social workers, psycho-oncologists, chaplains, the SAPV team and hospice associations
• Active cooperation and implementation of care and support concepts and care standards
• Documentation of care processes and quality assurance

• You have completed vocational training as a nurse or geriatric nurse
• Ideally, you already have knowledge and experience in palliative and hospice care
• You consider it a rewarding task to specifically improve the quality of life of seriously ill people in the last phase of their lives and to support their relatives in a needs-oriented manner.
• You are interested in dealing with the topics of death and dying
• You enjoy working holistically with time for the patient and hand in hand with various professions; you are comfortable working and organizing as part of a team.
• Your focus is on the well-being of the patient and you have an empathetic, calm and supportive way of working.
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
