The SAPV team Helios Klinikum Bonn/Rhein-Sieg cares for around 700 patients with severe, progressive illness and their relatives in their home environment every year. The aim of the work is to maintain, promote and improve the quality of life and self-determination of seriously ill people and to enable them to live a dignified life until death in their familiar home environment or in inpatient care facilities.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a friendly, reliable and structured Medical Assistant (m/f/d) with a penchant for organization and administration. In this position, you will support our work in the background and thus actively contribute to the care of seriously ill and dying people.

• Organization and processing of general secretarial tasks
• Help with prescription and billing management
• Phone calls with patients and/or their relatives
• Communication with health insurance companies
• Creation and management of patient data and documents
• Support of the nursing and medical staff of the SAPV in coping with administrative tasks

• Successfully completed vocational training
• Very good knowledge of German
• Confident in German spelling and punctuation
• High affinity in dealing with the PC, quick comprehension in learning new, patient-related software
• Good organizational skills and independent work
• Empathy
• Very good teamwork and communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
