Join the team of the Southern Region in the Erfurt cluster as a

IT Employee Support (m/f/d)

at the Erfurt site.

• You will be responsible for local IT support in the medical care centres (MVZ) and the 5 Helios clinics in the Erfurt area.
• You will look after the users in 1st and 2nd level support and carry out short briefings on site.
• You will take care of the client hardware/software support (OS installation, PC setup, peripherals, etc.).
• You will advise and support medical technology and operating technology on IT-related issues.
• You will be responsible for connecting subsystems via standardised interfaces.
• You will be involved in IT projects and in the day-to-day work in the MVZs on site in the clinics.

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or comparable training
• Alternatively, they come via a lateral entry with a medical background and have a high affinity for IT
• You have professional experience in the field of IT networks, knowledge of medatixx products and experience in the healthcare sector or in hospitals would be an advantage
• You have very good Windows and Office skills and have German language skills at B2 level
• You have a class B driver's license
• You are communicative, enthusiastic and like to contribute your ideas to the joint development of topics
