Join the team in the southern region of the Erfurt cluster with immediate effect as an

IT support employee (m/f/d)

at the Erfurt site.

• You will be responsible for local IT support in the medical care centers (MVZ) and the 5 Helios clinics in the Erfurt area.
• You will provide 1st and 2nd level support to users and carry out brief instructions on site.
• You will be responsible for client hardware/software support (OS installation, PC setup, peripherals, etc.).
• You will advise and support the medical technology and operational technology departments on IT-related issues.
• You will be responsible for connecting subsystems via standardized interfaces.
• You will be involved in IT projects and day-to-day work in the MVZs on site in the clinics.

• You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or comparable training
• Alternatively, you come from a lateral entry with a medical background and have a high affinity for IT
• You have professional experience in the field of IT networks, knowledge of medatixx products and experience in the healthcare sector or in clinics would be an advantage
• You have very good Windows and Office skills and German language skills at B2 level
• You have a class B driving license
• You are communicative, enthusiastic and like to contribute your ideas to the joint development of topics
