For our Social Pediatric Center at the Krefeld location, we are looking for you as a full-time (38.5 hours per week) as MFA / Medical Assistant Secretariat (m/f/d) as of 01.05.2026.

• You are the first personal contact person for our patients
• Telephone patient coordination and appointment management is within your area of responsibility
• Handling administrative and organizational tasks
• Incoming and outgoing mail processing

• Completed medical training, e.g. as MFA / ZFA / Nurse (m/f/d)
• Confident handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High sense of responsibility and an empathetic approach to patients and relatives
• An independent and structured way of working
• Affinity for digital work
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

In the Social Pediatric Center, children and adolescents between the ages of 0 and 18 are presented. The patient spectrum covers the entire social and neuropediatric spectrum. We offer developmental neurological examinations and differential diagnostic clarifications of children with behavioural and developmental problems and disabilities as well as the preparation of therapy plans.
