To strengthen our team at the Clinic for Palliative Medicine and Geriatrics at the Emil von Behring site in Berlin Zehlendorf, we are looking for you as a nurse (m/f/d) for documentation and case support as soon as possible

• Support in nursing and medical digital documentation in an interdisciplinary team 
• Ensuring complete, legally compliant and high-quality care documentation (according to current standards such as ePA, structural model) 
• Accompaniment of patient progression to ensure complete and quality-assured case management
• Participation and further development in the standardised collection of nursing measures and patient-related data
• Independent case support in close cooperation with nursing, medicine and administration 
• Use of digital tools for quality-assured tracking of service provision

• A completed training as a nurse (m/f/d), MFA (m/f/d) or comparable nursing qualification, ideally already with experience in documentation and case support 
• Interest in clinical documentation and case support, ideally initial experience in the field of medical documentation or coding 
• Organizational skills, analytical thinking and a strong sense of quality 
• Confident handling of standard PC programs and willingness to familiarize yourself with clinical software systems 
• Prudent, careful and independent way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
