For our Marienheim retirement home in Rheinbach, we are looking for a part-time Social Services Specialist (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

• Development and implementation of concepts in the social area
• Motivation, promotion and further development of employees
• Organization of festivals, events and excursions
• Support and implementation in the planning and management of individual and group offers
• Ensuring the biographical survey as part of the home admission process

• State-recognized degree in social work, social pedagogy, curative education or similar or a state-recognized professional qualification as an educator, social pedagogy, curative education worker or similar according to the requirements of § 3 para. 5 of the WTG
• Socially motivated personality, empathy and leadership skills
• Confident appearance combined with strong communication skills
• Good application knowledge in dealing with the PC
• Professional experience in the organization and implementation of care services

Helios Seniorenheim Marienheim is a family-run retirement home in the heart of Rheinbach, just a few minutes' walk from the city center. The facility offers 47 residents a home in cozy single rooms in three living areas, which are currently being completely renovated.
