For the Department of Gynaecology Secretariat/Surgical Admission, we are looking for a part-time Medical Assistant (m/f/d) 60%-80% at the Titisee-Neustadt location as of 01.01.2026.

• the organisation of all telephone and correspondence
• Writing doctor's letters, surgical reports, medical reports, etc.
• Deadline monitoring and coordination
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• the archiving of patient records, the preparation and implementation of medical consultations.

• A completed training as a medical assistant (m/f) with professional experience in secretarial offices
• Good knowledge of medical nomenclature and experience in independent writing
• of general correspondence
• Very good IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Resilience, independence, decisiveness, reliability and flexibility
• A high degree of organizational skills, commitment and a sense of responsibility as well as social skills
• Strong communication and cooperation skills
