For our team at Helios Albert-Schweitzer-Klinik Northeim GmbH, we are looking for you as an MFA / Nursing Specialist Quality Management (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Support of the medical and nursing teams in various tasks
• Responsibility for the further development, implementation and monitoring of quality management
• Administration of the RoXtra document management system
• Participation in the maintenance of our certificates / implementation of internal and external audits
• Complaints and risk management and statistics
• Planning and implementation of the BGM
• Analysis of quality indicators and preparation of reports and presentations
• Collaboration on various clinic projects

• Completed vocational training as a nurse (m/f/d), medical assistant / MFA (m/f/d) or equivalent training in the healthcare sector
• Initial professional experience in quality management or project management is desirable
• Organizational skills and strong communication skills
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

Helios Albert-Schweitzer-Klinik Northeim GmbH is a basic and standard care hospital and an academic teaching hospital of Georg-August-Universität Göttingen. With 209 beds, our clinic has the following specialist departments: Internal Medicine I (cardiology, neurology and pneumology), Internal Medicine II (gastroenterology, hepatology and metabolic diseases), general and visceral surgery, trauma surgery and orthopaedics, vascular surgery, anaesthesia and intensive care medicine, urology as well as gynaecology and obstetrics.
