For our Helios specialist clinics in Hildburghausen, we are looking for a trainee in curative education nursing (m/f/d) as of 01.09.2026.

• Two years of full-time theoretical and practical instruction as well as a third year of practical vocational training
• Theory at the Fachschule für Heilerziehungspflege in Coburg
• Practical assignments in various areas of special education care
• Successful completion as a state-approved special education nurse (m/f/d)
• Special education nurses work together with people with disabilities in all fields of disability care
• The aim is to enable people of all ages to lead a self-determined life and to enable them to participate in social life

• Intermediate school leaving certificate with proof of previous vocational training
• Interest in nursing, social and medical specialties
• High social competence and enjoyment of dealing with people
• Ability to work in a team and to cooperate
• High level of empathy and sense of responsibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios Specialist Clinics Hildburghausen include the Clinic for Neurology, the Clinics for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, the Clinic for Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy, the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy as well as the Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (forensic psychiatry in accordance with § 64 of the Criminal Code). In addition, the facility for the disabled has 50 places in accordance with SGB XII. Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen employs around 750 people.
