For our physiotherapy school at the Helios Education Center in Bad Saarow we are looking for you - part-time (10h/week with extension to 20h possible from 01.10.2026) - as Secretariat Physiotherapy School (f/m/d)

• Office organization: Efficient management of office operations, including reception and coordination
• Communication: Professional correspondence and interface management with trainees, teachers as well as authorities and offices
• Teamwork: Supporting and guiding trainees, fostering a positive learning environment
• Reception management: Friendly greeting and care of guests and visitors and creating a welcoming ambience

• Strong communication skills: Fluent in written and spoken German
• IT competence: Experienced handling of Windows applications; Knowledge of EasySoft is an advantage
• Organizational talent: Experience in secretarial tasks and office organization
• Initiative & flexibility: Independent, structured way of working with a high degree of adaptability
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate: Ability to work together in interdisciplinary teams
• Discretion & loyalty: Confidential handling of sensitive information
