We are looking for you with immediate effect as Head of Finance and Accounting (m/f/d) for the Helios sites in Saxony-Anhalt, based in Burg

• You will lead and coordinate a team of 12 employees at various locations
• Responsibility for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and HGB
• Competent contact person for the hospital managers, the regional and central finance functions as well as the auditors and other auditing bodies in all accounting-related issues
• Implementation of overarching tasks, processes and special projects in close cooperation with other departments
• Processing digitization projects

• Successfully completed business studies or qualification as an accountant (m/f/d) with professional and management experience in finance and accounting
• Sound applicable specialist knowledge in the field of financial accounting with sound knowledge of accounting in accordance with KHBV, IFRS and HGB and tax law
• High IT affinity and pleasure in the further development of financial accounting processes
• Confident user knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP-FI, SAP-AA and SAP-CO
• Independent, structured, reliable and responsible way of working
• Ability to work in a team, strong organizational and communication skills as well as an engaging and friendly manner
