Specialist in Internal Medicine (m/f/d)

For our Helios Specialist Clinics Hildburghausen, we are looking for a full-time or part-time specialist in internal medicine (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Admission, rounds and care of inpatient gerontopsychiatric patients as well as the preparation of doctor's letters and documentation of treatments
• Implementation of electroconvulsion treatments, premedication discussions with patients and their relatives, organization of ECT treatment, if possible implementation of rTMS treatments. (An equipped anesthesia workstation with the possibility of short-term ventilation and trained nursing staff is available)
• Anaesthesia during imaging procedures, catheterisation of central veins in the IMC neurological ward, as well as the possibility of external assistance in operating theatres as an anaesthetist in the nearest clinics of the Helios Group
• Accompaniment of somatically ill patients during transfers to external clinics as well as the care of patients as part of consultant help from the anesthesiologist/intensive care side
• Continuous training of the nursing staff of the Center for Brain Stimulation
• Training of trainees in the clinic's education/simulation center (e.g. first aid, venipuncture, blood draw) as well as training of doctors/nursing staff for first aid, resuscitation measures, etc.

• Qualification as a specialist in internal medicine, additional training in geriatrics is desirable
• Interest in working with gerontopsychiatric patients and in the continuous development of our high-quality patient-centered care
• High social skills and a strong organizational talent 
• Professional authority, great commitment, cross-departmental organizational understanding and cooperative management style
• Close collegial cooperation with colleagues and physicians in private practice 
• Ability to work in a team and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
