Your tasks:

• Head of the Medical Technology Department in the Cluster (Heart Center Leipzig, Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig and Helios Clinic Leisnig)
• Organisation and implementation of the legal framework for
• Operation, maintenance and servicing of medical devices
• Implementation of maintenance and process structures in the Medical Technology Department
• Project and cost controlling within the scope of the activity
• Close cooperation with the clinic, the regional management, external departments and partners

What you bring to the table:

• Completed studies in the field of medical technology or further training as a medical technician (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in medical technology with knowledge in the field of personnel management
• Structured, goal-oriented and independent way of working
• Authoritative appearance and good communication skills
• High degree of motivation, reliability and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to travel
