For our team at Helios Albert-Schweitzer-Klinik Northeim GmbH, we are looking for you as an MFA in the Springerpool (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Support of the medical and nursing teams in various tasks (e.g. absenteeism replacement in the chief physician's secretariat)
• Organisation and coordination of appointments, consultation hours and examinations
• Collection, maintenance and management of patient data in the hospital information system
• General administrative tasks in the secretarial area, such as preparing bills as well as internal and external correspondence with patients or relatives

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant / MFA (m/f/d) or equivalent training in the healthcare sector
• Initial professional experience in secretarial work is desirable
• Organizational skills, reliability and strong communication skills
• A confident handling of MS Office, ideally with hospital information systems (e.g. Orbis)
• Independent and responsible work
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
