As of 01.06.2026, we are looking for you to join the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinics as Head (m/f/d) for our training center.

• Responsibility for the theoretical and practical training in health and nursing as well as paediatric nursing, OTA - ATA training and the student midwives/maternity nurses (m/f/d)
• Personnel management of the teaching staff and trainees, further training planning of the educational institute
• Further development of the school for health professions according to the specifications of the curriculum, contract negotiations with cooperation partners
• Organization and support of the practical training in coordination with the practice managers
• Preparation and conduct of examinations
• Compliance with quality management guidelines and introduction of quality assurance measures

• Completed university education, preferably in nursing education, or several years of professional experience in the management of a nursing school on the basis of further training as a teacher (m/f) for nursing professions
• Experience in personnel management
• Teaching experience in training for nursing professions
• Project experience
• Legally required immunization against measles
